Join Grand Master Dr. B.P. Pranav, from May 11th to 17th, for a unique 7-day Stress Relief Workshop focused on holistic techniques to unwind, refresh and renew yourself from within. This workshop is catering to rehabilitation for conditions such as Cancer, Diabetes, and more. We offer a comprehensive program to harmonize and balance life, including Yoga, Breathing exercises, Mudra, 6 major organ detoxification, and Aura Cleansing.
Each day’s 100-minute session from 5:45 – 7:30 am (IST) involves hatha yoga, pranayama, mudra meditation, detailed organ detoxification using subtle sound healing focused on vibrations, and a customized 23-minute aura cleansing routine infused with Tibetan energy healing techniques. The routine progresses each day with varied focus and intensity for cumulative benefits.

Every yoga session begins with a 5-10 minute warm-up focusing on gentle movements like neck rolls, shoulder rolls, and side bends.Practicing Surya Namaskar sequences regularly enhances strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. It also reduces stress and balances metabolism
Conscious breathing exercises like Pranayama, such as Nadi Shodhana and Kapalabhati, reduce stress, anxiety, and promote relaxation. These breathing exercises activate both brain hemispheres and improve respiratory function, while energizing & aiding digestion
Mudras are therapeutic hand gestures rooted in yoga. Prana Mudra, a key mudra, calms the mind and nourishes life force energy. In the 7-day workshop, you'll practice mudras for specific organs to support homeostasis, immunity, and well-being, promoting deep relaxation.
Our organs function based on three universal principles: Energy, Vibration, & Frequency. Each organ is energized by life force or Prana, emitting its unique vibrational frequency. Daily stress affects organ frequencies, leading to mild symptoms in body, mind, and emotions. Ignoring these can escalate to acute diseases, then chronic conditions, and possibly terminal illness. The workshop is suitable for all abilities and experience levels. Previous yoga or meditation knowledge is unnecessary – coaches skillfully guide participants. The workshop aims to be inclusive of various physical abilities/health conditions.

Our workshop is designed to be inclusive and accommodating to individuals with various physical abilities and health conditions. However, if you have specific concerns or limitations, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before participating. And also keep us informed about any physical surgery and physical and mental health updates.
The workshop will consist of daily sessions lasting 100 minutes, encompassing a variety of techniques such as yoga, breathing exercises, organ cleansing, and aura cleansing. Sessions will be conducted in a supportive and welcoming environment, both in person and virtually.
For the in-person workshop, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bringing along personal items such as a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. It's also helpful to have a notebook and pen for taking notes during the session.
For online workshops, ensure that you have a stable power source and internet connection. Use a mobile phone or laptop with clear video and audio capabilities. Additionally, consider having

Each day, the program will concentrate on a specific aspect, starting with a general session and progressively focusing on particular organs for deeper cleansing. The final session of each day will be dedicated to Grand Master B.P. Pranav’s unique method of aura cleansing infused with Tibetan Energy Healing, lasting 23 minutes.
Set aside some quiet time before each session to center yourself and set positive intentions. Engage in gentle stretching or light physical activity to warm up your body and release any tension. Create a calming environment free from distractions to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
