The "Brahma MuhurtaSadhana" is a powerful 21-day online workshop aimed at cleansing karma from the past and present, while helping you create positive karma. This workshop will also rejuvenate your body, mind, and soul. It takes place early in the morning (from 4:30 to 6:30 AM) and includes various practices and rituals. Through this holistic approach, participants can experience balance in their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, as well as foster economic growth and bring benefits to their families. Ultimately, it helps you live a prosperous and fulfilled life while achieving inner peace.
This program is a Brahma Muhurta practice hedl from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM (IST) for 120 minutes each day.
Batch 001: The workshop completed 21 Days, from July 14, 2024, to August 3, 2024, with daily sessions from 4:30 AM to 6:00 AM (IST).
Batch 002: The workshop will run from September 11, 2024, to October 1, 2024, with daily sessions from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM (IST).
Moving forward, the workshop will be conducted every alternate month.
This workshop is open to everyone aged 15 and above, regardless of your experience level. Whether you're a beginner, a seasoned yoga practitioner, meditator, or spiritual seeker, this workshop is ideal for anyone looking to cleanse their karma, to get good karma, rejuvenate their body, mind, and soul, and build a prosperous and balanced life.

Yes, once in every four months, we organize a full-day in-person training session in Chennai or in your respective country for the BRAHMA MUHURTA SADHANACOMMUNITY.
Yes, you can join a new batch to gain more knowledge and experience for your continued growth.
Yes, returning students are eligible for a special discount to support their ongoing practice and growth.
If you miss an early morning session:
Option 1: You can practice the entire set in the evening.
Option 2: You can practice some key techniques during the day or evening as suggested by Guru Pranav.
Option 3: If neither option works, you can continue the next day.
Yes, you can continue practicing. If you feel discomfort, you may skip the physical exercises and focus on the other techniques.
Participants from other countries are welcome to join. The workshop will follow Indian Standard Time (04:30 AM - 06:30 AM, IST). After 21 days, you can continue practicing during Brahma Muhurta in your own time zone. In the future, we plan to conduct separate BRAHMA MUHURTA SADHANA workshops according to the Brahma Muhurta timings of different countries.
Currently, the workshop is offered in Tamil and English. We plan to offer it in Hindi in the future.
