Ten years ago, I attempted to trek up a hill called Velliangiri. It was a difficult trek, and I struggled to make it through the first hill. With the help of my friends, I managed to make it to the top, but it was a challenging experience. Fast forward ten years, and I decided to attempt the trek again. This time, with the help of God’s will and the physical and mental strength I had gained through WBR, I completed the trek in 12 hours, going up and down the seven hills. I felt incredibly proud and accomplished, and I have to credit WBR for helping me achieve this feat. WBR, can called (Wisdom for Blissful Realization), is a yoga training program that focuses on improving physical strength and flexibility, as well as mental clarity and focus. It is not a spiritual practice, but rather a way to develop physical and mental strength through yoga. Through the yoga practice, I have learned to listen to my body and understand my limitations, which has helped me prevent injuries and improve my overall physical health. Additionally, the mental focus and clarity I have gained through WBR has helped me manage stress and improve my mental well-being. I believe that WBR is a valuable training program that can help anyone improve their physical and mental health. While not everyone may achieve the same results, I believe that it is a valuable program that can help anyone improve their overall health and well-being. I am grateful to Dr. Pranav, who taught me WBR, and I hope that he continues to offer this program to future generations. I believe that it is important to prioritize our health and well-being, and WBR is a great way to do just that. In conclusion, WBR has been a life-changing experience for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health through yoga.still i am waiting for session 2 .
